Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your CALMTHERAPY experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Returns are accepted within 14 business days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
Cosmetic products- to qualify for a return on cosmetic products, items must be:

Unused/ Unopened

Due to the nature of wellness and cosmetic adjacent products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products for hygiene and safety reasons. (body, face, foot, beard, lip, eye, skin creams & oils). Opened kits are acceptable, but any opened individual product inside the kit is not eligible for return (for everyone’s safety).

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us by email. Please include:

A brief description of the issue

Photo of the damaged item and packaging
We’ll send you a return label & replace the item at no cost to you.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs- unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Using a trackable shipping method is recommend to ensure safe delivery.
On Sale Items
Certain items that are on sale will be marked Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly stated on sale page.
How to Start a Return
Your eligible return label is always available online within 14 business days. Please have your order number available & log into your account, or contact our support team at Support@TheCalmTherapy.com with your order details. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
